Lookshot User Service Agreement

Welcome to use Lookshot mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "this App").

Please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Your act of downloading, installing, opening or using this App via Apple Store shall be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you shall immediately stop downloading, installing and using this App.

1. Service Content

The main functions provided by this App are as follows:

• Establish point-to-point connection between two nearby mobile phones by scanning QR codes
• After connection, one mobile phone is responsible for framing, and the other for preview and remote shooting
• Captured content is transmitted point-to-point and saved on both mobile phones simultaneously

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 The core function of this App is photo/video shooting. You undertake to abide by the following provisions during use:

• You shall not use this App to process or store illegal content (such as sensitive documents, pirated materials, pornographic/violent images, etc.);
• You shall not bypass payment restrictions or unlock un-purchased functions by cracking, tampering with the App installation package, using third-party plug-ins or other means;
• You shall not use network requests or other functions of this App to attack servers, generate fake traffic, harass others or engage in other improper behaviors;
• You shall not use this App for commercial operations (such as paid shooting services for others) unless you obtain our written authorization;
• You acknowledge and confirm that photos and videos captured via this App are stored in the system album, and their privacy and security are fully protected by the mobile operating system.

2.2 If you violate the above provisions, we reserve the right to file a complaint with Apple and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

3. Payment and In-App Purchase Services

3.1 This App provides free basic functions (maximum ten photos) and paid premium functions (subject to display within the App, including but not limited to unlimited photo shooting quota and future extended functions). All in-app purchase transactions are completed via Apple App Store, and payment rules shall comply with Apple’s official terms.

3.2 The price and validity period of paid functions shall be subject to the display inside the App. We reserve the right to adjust prices and will announce changes 7 days in advance.

3.3 Non-subscription paid functions (such as lifetime unlock) are non-refundable after purchase, unless required by Apple platform rules or the functions become unavailable due to App malfunctions.

3.4 You may retrieve purchased items through the "Restore Purchases" function in the App. Restore Purchases only verifies transaction records linked to your Apple ID and will not charge you again.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 All data processing of this App is performed locally:
▶ We will not collect any personal information, and no account registration is required;
▶ All images are stored in the system album; no data will be transmitted externally;

5. Service Interruption and Disclaimer

5.1 This App provides shooting functions for personal use only.

5.3 All content captured via this App is saved in the system album. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from content you capture using this App, including reputational harm, privacy leakage, property loss, loss of expected benefits and others.

5.4 If you are unable to use purchased paid services due to App functional bugs, we will extend the corresponding service period for you; cash refunds are not supported.

5.5 We reserve the right to modify or terminate services of this App (including online services, function updates, etc.) at any time due to laws and regulations, business adjustments or other reasons. Users who have purchased paid functions may continue to use offline functions of the installed App on the local device after service termination (excluding subsequent update services). Paid fees will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All intellectual property rights of this App, including algorithm tools, interface design, icons, text content and source code, belong to us and are protected by Copyright Law and Trademark Law.

6.2 You shall not reverse compile, disassemble or tamper with this App; you shall not copy core functions or interfaces of the App to develop similar tools; you shall not misuse the App’s name or icons for promotion purposes.
